Hi,
You've received this email as a test to see if coordinating animal rescues by creating a team of interested individuals would help small rescue organizations succeed in their goals to pull and place shelter dogs and cats.
The idea would be that everyone on the team post their animals on this blog with information, background, pictures, medical etc. and send this blog link out when you're trying to place your dog or cat.
Each team could consist of one or more of the following:
Shelter/ACO staff, Rescue, Trainer, Foster, Marketing, Admin (helps with logistics, planning, transport etc), Medical (vet if possible or vet tech)
You could have your team manage as many or as few animals as you like and you could join as many teams as you like. The point would be sharing resources with smaller groups and centralizing information about animals available or needing rescue.
I've put one dog up for an example. Your thoughts, ideas are most welcome!

How to Use This Blog..
THIS IS A SAMPLE BLOG AND NOT ALL FILLED IN!!
Note the name of a dog or cat in the "Blog Archive" on the right side of this page. If you are a member of this team, any animal you are trying to help can be posted here for your team to review and help you at whatever part of the process you're in. If we all decide this is worthwhile I'll create a standard form to fill out in order to add a new animal to our blog.
Everyone on this team will automatically get an email when there is an update on one of the animals, if that gets to be too much I'll cut it back on the back end. Note: you can forward a post to any email address you like if it's something you want to share outside of the team. Anyone can comment on the blog but only team members will get automatic updates.
I will create a blog page for every new team created so they can create and upload their own information on animals they're trying to help. Teams should have a name so we can identify them on the Get 'Em Out web site as we add more around the region and hopefully around the country.

Contact information should include all emails, phone numbers, cell number etc. I'll create a password protected PDF that will stop anyone from accessing the file without permission. User name will always be getemout and the password will be given over the phone to team members.
